FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Get a $7.95 flat rate for ground shipping.

Flat rate shipping fees are subject to change at any time.

Once we process your order, we make every attempt to ship your coffee 1 to 2 days after it has been roasted. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or on major holidays. We will use the shipping address information you provide with your order so please make sure it is correct. Blissful Cup Coffee is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and the customer may be responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address.

All of our shipping is via UPS or USPS.

Currently, we only ship inside the continental United States.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been scheduled to ship. If you do not receive this email please contact us. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we do not guarantee arrival times.

We do ship to military bases and APO addresses. If you are having trouble with those particular addresses please contact us and we will get it handled.


Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations to orders must be communicated to us within 12 hours of the original order submission. You may utilize the Contact Us form on our site and include your order number.


Online Retail Returns Policy

Blissful Cup Coffee is committed to providing you with the best quality product and we appreciate your business.

PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY ONCE YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product for some reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, so we can remedy the situation. Unfortunately, there are no refunds on our coffee. That being said, we want you to be satisfied with our coffee and service so please reach out to us if needed.
